Common Questions
1. WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED AND WHEN DO YOU GATHER?
We gather on Sundays 8AM, 10AM & 12:45PM at 2250 Perry Blvd, NW, Atlanta GA 30318. Every Sunday morning, a team of dedicated servant leaders transform this facility into an inviting atmosphere for our adult, youth and children’s gatherings. You will easily identify our location by the 2819 flags and parking signage that line the entry.
2. WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
At 2819, you’ll find everything from urban wear to casual wear to business suits. We invite you to come in whatever makes you feel comfortable. You’ll find a relaxed, non-judgmental atmosphere. We’re more concerned about you, than what you wear.
3. WHAT ARE YOUR WORSHIP GATHERINGS LIKE?
Our high-energy worship gatherings are designed to create an atmosphere that is engaging and impactful. There is a great sense of liberty and freedom at 2819 that allows one to easily encounter God. You will hear a balanced and enjoyable mix of contemporary Christian music and gospel music, followed by a passionate expository teaching filled with insight and life-changing applications.
4. WHAT WILL HAPPEN WHEN I VISIT FOR THE FIRST TIME?
Upon arrival to our campus, friendly parking lot team members will safely direct you to a designated parking area reserved for our first-time guests. From there you will be welcomed by our greeters where we will have a FREE gift for you as a token of our appreciation for your visit under our First-Time Guest Tent. Our front door greeters will enthusiastically welcome you to 2819 and inside signage will introduce you to our vision, core values, statement of mission and guide you to our auditorium, guest services station and if needed, our children's ministry check-in. You may receive some items from auditorium greeters on your way into the gathering and then be seated by a very polite usher but feel free to sit wherever you choose. We respect our first-time guests and do our very best to not cause embarrassment to you.
5. WHAT DO YOU HAVE FOR KIDS?
At 2819, we love and adore children! We have gone through great lengths to create an experience that is engaging and conducive to learning. We offer an impactful children’s ministry called FORMATION KIDS where we disciple kids in a fun and safe environment. Your kids will enjoy a time of motion, worship, and be taught biblical principles in a format that is relevant to their age group.
6. DO YOU HAVE A MID-WEEK WORSHIP GATHERING?
Currently, we do not offer a mid-week worship gathering. Rather, we place high value on our life-impacting small group gatherings called that meet all across the metro Atlanta area during the week. We believe that God's design for spiritual growth is best realized in the context of community, and to this end, we are very intentional about encouraging small-group gatherings and organic relationship building.
7. WHAT IS A SMALL GROUP AND HOW CAN I JOIN ONE?
A small group is an intimate recurring gathering of believers who meet at a designated location, usually a home, for fellowship, food, prayer, worship, and meaningful discussions about life and biblical teachings. Small groups are designed to foster spiritual growth and strong relationships. Because we understand the importance and impact of community, we offer SQUADS, our small-group experience, for adults weekly across the metro Atlanta area.
